To us its just a game, to him it's a way of life. As much as I hate to say it this way you have to relate to him....he went from being on a winning team at Kentucky to being on a team that barely ever wins. It has to be frustrating. Don't get me wrong DeMarcus is responsible for his own actions and has to learn from them but I think some people forget that he is just a rookie. Give the kid time to find himself. He is gonna be unstoppable!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-869826050923618103.post-86615039794491985702011-02-15T22:06:24.705-05:002011-02-15T22:06:24.705-05:00Last year was my first year as a UK basketball fan...Last year was my first year as a UK basketball fan and DeMarcus Cousins quickly became my favorite player. I spent the whole season wanting to give the kid a hug... because that's just it. He's a KID! If the Kings weren't prepared to mentor and guide him, they shouldn't have taken him. We all watched him grow and mature last year at UK and it seems that the Kings have done everything possible to erode that process. It says something when he's still getting more support from his old teammates like Patrick Patterson than from his own organization. I just hope he knows how many people out there support him.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
